Verse 27 of Analects of Confucius Chapter 14

English: Confucius said:"When not in a position, do not be involved with the affairs of the position."

Modern: 孔子说：“不处在那个位子，就不谋划有关的事务。”

Original: 子曰：“不在其位，不谋其政。”

Explanation: This verse is also similar to Verse 14 of Chapter 8
